External tokens
Solana tokens launched outside Tribe.run trade in the app alongside Tribe tokens. Paste a token's contract address into search to find it, then buy and sell without leaving the app. External positions show up in your portfolio with the same PnL tracking as any Tribe token.
Tribe routes each trade to the token's own market on Solana. In the current USD trading flow, canonical USDC is the wallet cash asset: buys spend USDC and sells receive USDC. A token whose own market uses SOL may cross an internal USDC-to-SOL bridge as part of the submitted route; a USDC-quoted market can trade directly. You sign the transaction with your wallet, and your receipt shows the executed fill.
External trades pay a flat fee instead of the Tribe schedule: 1% of the trade's cash notional, with a short list of majors at 0.25% and a $0.10 minimum per charged trade. On the current USD rail, that fee settles in canonical USDC.
Robinhood tokens
Robinhood Chain tokens also trade in dollars, but their destination-chain cash is USDG rather than USDC. Buys are entered in USD and pay with the USDG already in your Robinhood wallet whenever it covers the order; only a shortfall is funded with canonical USDC from your Solana wallet before the purchase completes on Robinhood Chain. Sells settle to USDG in your Robinhood wallet. The trade screen and receipt keep these assets explicit; neither label means that USDC and USDG are the same token.
Broadcast your buys
Any buy can be broadcast: a public post with your thesis, published within 24 hours of the trade. When someone opens the token from your broadcast and trades it, you earn a share of their fee. Commissions land in your wallet at trade time; there is nothing to claim.
